Gemma is a Mexican American artist based in NYC since 2021. My work is composed of surrealist oil paintings as well as ceramic figures. As we navigate the dawn of the Age of Aquarius, my surrealism reflects the constant evolution of technology and the “rebirth” through fetus-like figures and the absurdity of life.
